Protocols

There are 6 streams of data that need to be managed in the creation of our datasets:

1. Participant Metadata: name, contact info, address, etc.
2. SenseDoc Telemetry: GPS and XL data captured by a hip-worn capture device
3. Ethica Telemetry: GPS and XL data captured by the user's phone
4. Ethica Surveys: Short, real-time questionnaires sent to the user's phone
5. Treksoft Surveys: Eligibility, health and VERITAS online questionnaires
6. Harmonizer: a back-end system that matches Ethica users to their Interact ID in the participant portal

And tying these all together is the INTERACT ID number, assigned to each user when they join the study.
