M1: Render Compare IR

Goal

Represent visual comparison results without coupling Core to render engines or vision providers.

Deliverables

• Versioned request/result contracts and named views
• Silhouette, proportion, color, and semantic-detail score components
• Localized discrepancies linked to stable node/detail IDs
• Deterministic validation and aggregation
• JSON Schema/example, Unity serialization, CLI command, tests, and docs

Acceptance

External systems render and observe; ShapeForge consumes structured observations and produces actionable diagnostics.

Implementation is complete in two pushed stages: 7388c62 (Schema/Core IR, validation, aggregation, tests) and

Implemented in 7388c62 and 0ddde54: versioned Render Compare IR, validation/aggregation, localized discrepancies, JSON Schema/example, serializer, CLI, tests, and docs. All test assemblies compile; live EditMode execution remains pending because the Unity MCP Editor session is disconnected.

Reference-image execution is now implemented on top of Render Compare: 954f32c adds deterministic Unity multi-view PNG capture, 942d491 adds Pillow/NumPy silhouette/proportion/color/detail comparison, and d5aa91c promotes reference-image manifests into the public contracts. Python tests pass and all ShapeForge test assemblies compile; live EditMode execution still awaits a connected Unity MCP Editor session.
