M8: ShapeForge Agent and MCP

Goal

Expose mature workflows through a thin agent/MCP surface.

Scope

Capability/template discovery; validate, assess, inventory, compare, patch, quality; staged execution and resumability; external render/vision orchestration; bounded machine-readable results.

MCP must never become a second implementation of Core rules. This is intentionally the final milestone.

Thin agent surface implemented through existing C# authority and Python transport, completed with discovery registration in a29d133. It exposes capability/template discovery and the validate/assess/inventory/compare/patch/quality/construction/reconstruction workflows without reimplementing Core. Live MCP execution remains pending because Unity reports no Editor session.

The thin agent surface now also exposes deterministic render capture plus local image-compare/image-reconstruct commands (954f32c, 942d491, ba05bbc). Python owns image math/orchestration only; C# remains authoritative for model validation, comparison aggregation, and patches.
