Summary

Strengthen the ORBISTIUM public README so its sovereign role is explicit, bounded, and non-overlapping.

Before

  • thin surface
  • underpowered public boundary articulation
  • weak adjacent-surface wiring
  • insufficient distinction from neighboring sovereign functions

After

  • exact ORBISTIUM opening definition
  • normalized status and boundary sections
  • explicit canonical world-state meaning in-system
  • explicit non-overlap with law, cognition, reconciliation, execution, verification, and authority
  • explicit distinction between canonical state and mere reference

Verification

  • # ORBISTIUM
  • ## Status
  • ## Boundary
  • ## What it does
  • ## What it does not do
  • ## Adjacent sovereign surfaces
  • ## Public surface
  • ## Package / host / repo truth
  • ## Canonical state meaning in-system
  • ## Not this
