Refresh README with inference outputs and report assets

Summary

• replace the closed README PR with a fresh branch from main
• remove emoji usage from the README
• document the inference-first output flow and the reports/inference_logs + reports/test_logs locations
• add the sample output images and logs under reports/ so the README screenshots render on GitHub
• keep the pre-validation section and passing validator output in the README

Testing

• not run (documentation and bundled sample output update)
