Getting Started
#Wiki The Wiki is pretty simple to use, but here is a step by step guide.
- When you finish your class go to the wiki and hit new page at the top right.
- You will be brought to a page where you will need to type a title and type in your description.
- If you ever get stuck on how to add something to the page, just click on the question mark on the top of the editor and a help page will come up.
- Lastly, for blame purposes, please add the reason you were adding/changing this page(If it is the start of the page and is self explanatory, just say initial). The box to do this is just above the save page button.
- Then save the page. If you could then add it to the sidebar where it needs to be that would be great.
If you have questions about adding it to the sidebar or any other problems with the editor, just email Andy at andy@phillips101.com.
#Programmer You can use the Arduino side if you would like, but I use a program called PlatformIO in conjunction with GitHub Desktop. It is a free program that works very well with Git code. After you finish your class you can go straight into GitHub Desktop and push your new code.
PlatformIO can be downloaded here. I would also advise you to go through this installation guide
#Trello Trello is where we will keep track of everything that needs to be done with software or hardware. There are 2 boards for this. You can get to trello here
Thanks!
