The mimo-* models are Xiaomi's MiMo family (MiMo-7B Apr 2025, MiMo-V2.5 Apr 2026), not MiniMax (Shanghai MiniMax / 稀宇科技). The label collision made mimo-v2.5 and minimax-m2.5 both render as "MiniMax M2.5" in the model catalog and dashboard picker. Rename the mimo-* entries to the MiMo branding; the minimax-* entries are untouched. Fixes architectds#18
