Shuffle around names for
currentandtransitionservers.I also wanted to rename existing server folders to "current" (ex.
java-v3-server->java-v3-current-server) but git really, really did not like that with submodules, etc. especially with Ruby.Let's just name the new folders as "transition", ex.
java-v3-transition-server.Also, upload the test output file so we can see why any tests failed.
