Root build now chains the package-level build; check:packed-package builds its own complete artifact since the lint job never runs pnpm build. User Impact: The ghost skill now teaches agents the complete procedure for turning an installed starter — the vessel-light body or the naked skeleton — into their own brand's fingerprint, and how to cite starter content honestly until that adaptation happens.
Problem: The starter architecture landed across #208–#210 (fork-axis corpus, skeleton default, body install), but the transplant procedure existed only as prose in review notes. The glossary pointers in both starters referenced a recipe that didn't ship, and nothing taught the consuming agent the citation tiers for unadapted starter content.
Solution: Ship
references/adapting-a-starter.mdin the skill bundle: the strata table (what to keep, prune, answer, edit, re-tune, regenerate), the seven-step procedure in dependency order (manifest id → prune median → answer dials → edit tokens → regenerate refs → rewrite tells → re-run checks against the refs), the consuming guidance (Ghost-backed vs. starter-default vs. provisional citations, median brief placement, signature-wins precedence), and four Never lines. Both starters' glossary pointers sharpen to name the recipe now that it exists.Stacked on #210 (base:
