🚨 Severity: MEDIUM
💡 Vulnerability: Missing default HTTP security headers (HSTS, X-Frame-Options, X-Content-Type-Options) in Cortex API responses.
🎯 Impact: Without these headers, the API could be vulnerable to clickjacking, MIME-sniffing attacks, and lack of enforced HTTPS connections.
🔧 Fix: Injected standard security headers globally via the FastAPI request_context.py middleware for comprehensive coverage.
✅ Verification: Tested via unit scripts validating response headers and running the full integration test suite.
