Summary

  • route runtime-owned panel, terminal, session script, and logs script IPC handlers through PaneCommandRegistry
  • keep local adapter commands direct: sessions:open-ide, terminal:clipboard-paste-image, and browser-panel:register-webview
  • extend registry binding tests to lock the ownership split in place

Validation

  • pnpm typecheck
  • pnpm lint
  • CI=1 pnpm --filter main test
  • PANE_DIR=/tmp/pane-phase2-terminal-runtime xvfb-run -a pnpm test:ci

Review

  • implementation review pass completed before opening this PR
  • no blocking findings for this slice

Notes

  • this is still a partial of Phase 2 Task 2; session.ts and git.ts daemon-owned channels remain for later reviewed PRs
