Added architecture diagram for CogniOS.
merged staging->doctor_os
- Fixed a bug in db.py by adding conn.commit() to ensure data persists. - Expanded db.py schema and insert query to support network metrics and top process lists. - Refactored collectors/layer1_system.py to correctly format process_data and network metrics. - Implemented a continuous loop in cognios_as_daemon.py to collect and save telemetry every 1 second in the background.
