Content: Resource

Brief description

Content type Resource is used for capturing specific resources such as fact sheets, guidelines, FAQs, etc. Resources can have attached document downloads, or external links.

Detailed description

Content editors and site admins can add the resource from "Content > Add content > Resource" (/node/add/resource).

The "Resource" content type has the following fields:

• Key Information
  • Title : Title of the resource.
  • Resource type: Type of resource (E.g. Fact sheet, FAQ)
  • Description : Short description about the resource.
  • Summary: Summary content of the resource.
  • Thumbnail : The thumbnail image when displayed in a list.
  • CTA : The “Read More” link text when displayed in a list.
  • Display Location: This location will be displayed on the sidebar as a map and being used on display location feeds.
• Content
  • Components : A set of components for the main content of the resource page.
  • External resource link: Link to external resource.
  • Attachments : Document attachments for the resource.
  • Sidebar Components: A set of components for the sidebar of the project page.
• Classification
  • Temporal Range: Time period that this content relates to
    • Start Date
    • End Date
  • Themes : Themes related to the resource.
  • Programs: Programs related to the resource.
  • Legislation: Legislation related to the resource.
  • Regions : Regions related to the resource.
  • Audiences: Audiences related to the resource.
  • Relevant Parties : Parties related to the resource.
  • Associated With : Other content (Project, Function, Report, Report Content, Resource, Case Study) associated with the resource.
  • Consultations: Consultations related to the resource.
  • Tags : Tags related to the resource.
• Publication Information
  • Authors (Party) : Authors of the page.
  • Document ID: Formal identifier of a document.
  • Copyright : Copyright information.
  • Citation: Recommended citation for this resource.
  • Published date : Published date of the resource.
  • Updated date : Last updated date of the resource.
  • Status : Status of the resource.
  • Superseded by : Superseded by other resource.
• Meta Tags : Meta tags information for the page.
• Advanced Presentation Settings
  • Search Exclude : Exclude the page from search results.
