Claude Code sessions started in Wave terminals auto-register via lifecycle hooks (SessionStart/UserPromptSubmit/Stop/Notification/PermissionRequest/PostToolUse/SessionEnd -> ~/.claude/wave-agents/events.jsonl); wavesrv (pkg/agenttracker) tails the file and a left-side Agents panel (Cmd+Shift+G / tab-bar robot button / View menu) shows working / idle / needs-attention / ended status per session, with click-to-focus for sessions in this instance. Hook script in hooks/wave-agents-hook.sh.
