Deliver Behavior-native Digitalbrain OS v1 through a clean-clone end-to-end journey backed by prioritized work.
Acceptance criteria
Clone the public repository, run aspire run, open the Flutter shell, activate a shipped concrete Behavior Neuron, call an explicitly configured model Neuron, render the Behavior's typed Surface, and pass its BDD scenarios.
P0 completes only when the entire journey passes from a clean clone, including provider-neutral resource metering, hard envelopes, and bounded runtime leases.
