Outcome

Deliver Behavior-native Digitalbrain OS v1 through a clean-clone end-to-end journey backed by prioritized work.

Acceptance criteria

• Clone the public repository, run aspire run, open the Flutter shell, activate a shipped concrete Behavior Neuron, call an explicitly configured model Neuron, render the Behavior's typed Surface, and pass its BDD scenarios.
• P0 completes only when the entire journey passes from a clean clone, including provider-neutral resource metering, hard envelopes, and bounded runtime leases.

P0 — Now

• Ratify the Behavior-native OS architecture and ubiquitous language
• Prove the first Behavior-native OS vertical slice
• Define concrete Behavior Neuron authoring and BDD contracts
• Ship typed Surface contracts and the open-source Flutter shell
• Define exact provider Neuron identities and account bindings
• Make clone-to-Aspire local use work with Ollama and provider keys
• Ship provider-neutral resource metering, hard envelopes, and runtime leases

P1 — Next

• Build the signed BehaviorHost install, upgrade, and rollback lifecycle
• Package Modules with explicit dependencies and safe activation defaults
• Benchmark generation of concrete Behavior Neurons against approved BDD
• Publish prerelease packages and enforce a consumer sample gate
• Expose durable client timeline and reconnect contracts
