Boot to the image you just flashed:
- Power ON your Device with the Storage Device and Network Device plugged in.
- The installer may reboot your system once to install some required packages.
- Then you should be welcomed with the installer's main menu.
- If you are using Ethernet, wait until you see
Internet Connectedon the top right corner. - If you are using WiFi, head to
Network Options -> Connect to a WiFiand connect your device to a WiFi with internet access. - (If you have installed a supported WiFi adapter but still unable to setup WiFi, head to
Network Options -> Change WiFi adapterand make sure it is set to the correct WiFi interface)
- Now, once internet is connected, hit
Install Arch Linux. - If an update is available, hit
Update this Installer, it will install the updates and reboot. Now, hitInstall Arch Linuxagain.
- Now, select your preferred language, time zone, and user account settings.
- Now, select a Linux Kernel to be installed.
Notes: Select the (Recommended) option if you are not sure about which kernel to choose.
- Next, select your favourite Desktop Environment to be installed.
- You will see an overview on what will be installed before the installation begins, hit
Installto begin installation. - If you changed your mind or missed something, you can always hit
Cancelto start over.

If your first boot shows a user login screen instead, login to root/root and run
installer. -
If you get stuck while rebooting, unplug the power and power it on manually.

For WiFi support, please refer to linux-firmware, USB WiFi Support & Joshua's firmware (for rockchip SBCs) for supported WiFi adapter.

During the installation, your system may reboot serveral times.

Sometimes you may need to connect to WiFi again after a reboot.

After the installation finishes, you will need to connect to WiFi again.
