Agreed to use OGC standard template, as an opportunity to fill out missing sections, and clarify uses cases and scope.

Future possible developments: Better time coordinates, support JSON-LD1.1.

Agreed not to change name.

Agreed to compare CoverageJSON/GeoTIFF/CIS-JSON against ISO 19123-1 spec as foundation of future comparison / convergence.

Agreed net meeting in two weeks, probably Tuesday.
