• Add text to describe Temporal CRS with example [Drafted]

Issues

• V1.0.1 Schema for TemporalCRS structure and schema proposed, needs more work [Agreed to use datum rather than epoch, for future reuse]
• Future JSON Schema standardisation by IETF

ACTIONS:

• [Chris will copy schema from OGC controlled repo to CoverageJSON OGC Github for schema changes, and compare to original schema in Community repos]
• [Mark will review proposed Temporal CRS schema.]

Alignments: V1.1 needed for consistency with API-EDR Part 1: Mark Burgoyne had proposed two options for adding ensemble or other dimensions support for V1.1 in the recent Met Ocean DWG Workshop. He will open issues and develop a PR for the preferred, simpler option to add a single extra dimension e("extra" or "ensemble") [Needs formal PR and consensus]
