Cherry-picks the React fixes from the 6.6 patch checklist onto 6.6.x:

• chore: fix hero props table #12562 – Populate hero component props in docs
• fix: update tree pattern expand icon direction #12554 – Tree view pattern components updated caret direction (code/icon changes only; core package version left at ^6.6.0)
• chore(deps): Bump docs framework #12583 – Bump docs framework for felt theme classname
• fix(Popover): fixed focus trapped on hoverable trigger #12591 – Popover fixed focus trapped on hoverable trigger

Core bump is intentionally omitted here; the checklist notes that should land separately once the core patch is live.
