- The fixer sources the `github-pr-review` skill from the on-host `agent-skills` checkout
(`agent-skills/skills/github-pr-review/SKILL.md`), NOT from a per-repo `.claude/skills/` copy.
- This is the migrated, version-controlled skill (rossoctl/agent-skills); it replaced the
former `github:pr-review` skill that lived in `rossoctl/rossoctl/.claude/skills/`.
- Wiring lives in the fixer cron's agentTurn payload (the skill path the review step follows);
update it with `openclaw cron edit <fixer-job-id> --message "…"`, never by hand-editing jobs.json.
- Keep the checkout current (`git pull`) so the fixer reads the latest reviewed skill.
