Removes the outdated instruction telling contributors to bump
<Version>and add release notes inside their PR. That guidance predates the centralizedprepare-releaseskill and contradicts the GitHub Flow model adopted in #26: bumping the version per-PR causes merge conflicts when multiple PRs are in flight. Contributors now just describe their change; versioning happens at release time via the skill.
