COVID-19 Tracing
Estimation of individual-level variation in transmission
This repository contains a Python implementation of an agent-based model for simulating COVID-19 transmission in Zimbabwe. It uses synthetic population data, mobility patterns from call-detail records, economic interaction patterns, and WASH and comorbidity risk data to model disease spread and evaluate policy scenarios.
