Mobile Screen Flow Chart: the chart below depicts the process flow in the mobile app with all of the screens and navigating between them:
Mobile Screens: below is a description of each screen.

Global Buttons: at the top of every screen there is Help button:
- Help: clicking this help (question mark) button will open the help browser screen that loads one of the relevant web pages from this online documentation.

Operator Login This is the initial screen that allows the driver to login using their operator credentials.

Main Menu: provides several options to the user, such logging and out, viewing their own operator profile, device information, configuring settings and beginning the loading process.
- Operator Profile viewing the currently logged in operator profile and permissions they have been assigned.
- Settings viewing and configuring application settings.
- Device Info viewing device information, such as serial number, Android SDK version etc.
- Authorization: screen presented to the operator if they don't have access to a certain feature. In such a case an operator with a Supervisor role is required to enter their credentials in order for the application to continue to the required step e.g. accessing the application settings.
- OffLoading before receiving for validate item this process needs to done.
- Cycle Count a quick count of a certain section of the warehouse to validate that the expected pallets are in the expected slots in the warehouse.
- StockTake in a warehouse serves the purpose of counting all the stock in all the slots across the warehouse.
- Receiving receive items from warehouse to loading truck.
- Labelling print label of pallets and items and stick it.
- Putaway scan item and put it.
- Replenishment change item location in warehouse.
- Picking retrieving specific items from inventory (picking) and preparing them for shipment
- Load Validation validate all items in pallets using item number or barcode.
- Loading items from pallets in delivery trucks.
