Operator Profile

This screen allows for viewing the currently logged in operator profile and permissions they have been assigned.
The following information is provided:
Operator Identifier: the unique number of the operator on the system.
- Operator Name: the name of the operator which does not need to be unique on the system.
- Allow Cycle Count: whether or not the operator is allowed for Cycle Count on the device using the option from the Main Menu. If this setting is disabled, Cycle count does not display on main menu.
- Allow Stock Take: whether or not the operator is allowed for Stock Take on the device using the option from the Main Menu. If this setting is disabled, Stock Take does not display on main menu.
- Allow Receiving: whether or not the operator is allowed for Receiving on the device using the option from the Main Menu. If this setting is disabled, Receiving does not display on main menu.
- Allow Labeling: whether or not the operator is allowed for Receiving on the device using the option from the Main Menu. If this setting is disabled, Labeling does not display on main menu.
- Allow Putaway: whether or not the operator is allowed for Putaway on the device using the option from the Main Menu. If this setting is disabled, Putaway does not display on main menu.
- Allow Replenishment: whether or not the operator is allowed for Replenishment on the device using the option from the Main Menu. If this setting is disabled, Replenishment does not display on main menu.
- Allow Picking: whether or not the operator is allowed for Picking on the device using the option from the Main Menu. If this setting is disabled, Picking does not display on main menu.
- Allow Loading: whether or not the operator is allowed for Loading on the device using the option from the Main Menu. If this setting is disabled, Loading does not display on main menu.
- Allow Edit Device Config: this setting dictates whether an operator is allowed to edit the application Settings which can be accessed from the Main Menu. If this setting is disabled, the settings can still be edited, but will require authorization from an Operator with the Supervisor role.
- Allow View Device Info: whether or not the operator is allowed to open the device information screen from the main menu. If this setting is disabled, the Device Info screen can still be opened, but will require authorization from an Operator with the Supervisor role.
- Allow Delete Database: whether or not the operator is allowed to delete the database on the device using the option from the Main Menu. If this setting is disabled, the Device Info screen can still be opened, but will require authorization from an Operator with the Supervisor role.
- Date Created: the date when the operator was created not the system.
N.B. the above permissions only apply for regular Operators with the Driver role. An Operator with the Supervisor role will be granted all of the above permissions by default regardless of the permission set for the Operator i.e. assigning the Supervisor role to the Operator will override any individual permissions set for the Operator.
