@mbloechli I tested it as suggested (faked fatal mode on the drive) and tried to perform the stack startup -> was properly aborted. |

This PR adds a check during startup (activation to be precise) if any actuator is in "Fatal" state or if errors actually could have been cleared.
In case the drive is in fatal state or if errors could not have been cleared -> abort startup.
