Improve Resume Site with Semantic HTML and Styling

Improved the index.html file by:

• Using semantic HTML5 elements (<header>, <main>, <section>, <article>, <details>) for better structure and accessibility.
• Adding internal CSS for a clean, responsive, and professional layout.
• Merging missing content from README.md (introductory text) while resolving conflicting "About Me" information.
• Adding a navigation menu for easier access to sections.
• Removing external dependencies and scripts to adhere to the "only using html" constraint.
