Welcome to the NTrack-Server-Help wiki!

Dashboard

This is the main page after a successful log in, it consists of multiple menu links as well as tiles which display the name of a related report as well as its total amount of records.

Menus

User

A list of menu items which offer user specific functions.

• Change Password : Will open a change password dialog

• Log Off

Manage

• A list which will show a list of reports you can view, edit, delete, and other functionality.
  • Users
  • Sites
  • Operators
  • Devices

Configuration

• A list of settings files.
  • Reason Codes
  • Survey Questions
  • Device Config

These settings will be migrated to the devices on valid log in.

• Ensure the "Web Service Base URL" set on this matches the one belonging to the server, or device wont be able to connect
• The web service username and password should match the server credentials

Logs

• A list which will show a list of reports related to logs.

  • User Actions
  • Device Actions
  • Device Errors
  • Server Errors

Tiles

• Trips : The summary of trips currently recorded on the system.
• Stops : The summary of stops currently recorded on the system.
• Delivery Notes : The summary of delivery notes currently recorded on the system.
• Operators : The list of operators who can log into a device.
• Epods : The list of errors that came from the mobile application.
• Sites : The summary of sites currently recorded on the system.
• Users : The current users which can log into the website.
• Devices : The list of devices which have the NTrack-Mobile-App installed.
