Operators

List (Data)

This screen displays the lists of operators registered for use of the device

Displayed Details

• Identifier
• Name
• Role (Driver/Supervisor)
• Password : Check box indicating if user has a password set.
• Date Created
• Device S/N : The serial number for the device last logged in by operator.
• Device Name : The name for the device last logged in by operator.
• Last Connection : The last recorded time the operator has connected to the system using a device.
• Site : The site the device was last logged onto

Create

This dialog will display the required fields for a device operator.

**THE OPERATOR IDENTIFIER HAS TO HAVE A MATCHING OPERATOR IN THE WMS WITH THE EXACT SAME OPERATOR ID**

Operator Settings

• Role (Driver/Supervisor)
• The "Allow" settings will be migrated to the device once the operator logs in.

Buttons

• Ok Button : Save new operator details.
• Cancel Button : Close button.

Record buttons:

These are the buttons which appear after you select a record (operator).

• Trips : will redirect user to trips page, and filter for trips currently assigned to the selected operator.
• Errors : will redirect user to device errors page, and filter for errors for selected operator.
• Actions : will redirect user to device actions page, and filter for actions for selected operator.

Edit

This dialog will display the current details for a registered device operator.

PWD

On click of this button the new password dialog will be displayed.

This dialog will enable operator to change the selected user's password.

Fields

• Identifier : This field cannot be edited.
• User name : This field cannot be edited.
• New Password
• Confirm New Password : This field must match the new password field.

Delete

This button will prompt the delete operator dialog:

The dialog will display the identifier of the operator you are deleting.

Buttons

• Ok Button : Will delete the selected record.
• Cancel Button : Will close the dialog.
