List (Data)

This screen displays the lists of users registered to the website

Notes

  • Roles Field consists of 7 options
  • None - No role currently assigned
  • CSR
  • Transport Supervisor
  • Debriefer
  • IT Administrator
  • General Manager
  • Administrator

The list of roles is sorted from lowest to highest position, the higher position the more options available to the user which will include the preceding role's options.

Create

This dialog will display the required fields for a website user.

Information

  • The user's password will be system generated and sent to the user at the specified email address.
  • This dialog will present more options than is currently displayed on the list of users, which will include settings for users as well.

Record buttons:

These are the buttons which appear on a record.

Edit

This dialog will display the current details for a registered website user.

PWD

On click of this button the new password dialog will be displayed.

This dialog will enable user to change the selected user's password.

Fields

  • User name : This field cannot be edited.
  • New Password
  • Confirm New Password : This field must match the new password field.

Delete

This button will prompt the delete user dialog:

The dialog will display the username of the user you are deleting.

Buttons

  • Ok Button : Will delete the selected record.
  • Cancel Button : Will close the user dialog button.
