Summary

Independent dry-run rehearsal of the T-0 ceremony per RVR-018-DR. Rehearsal was BLOCKED at Step 1: t0_ceremony.sh was not found in any git branch of tt-trinity-gf16 or any fallback repo.

Issues Found: 2 × P0 + 2 × P1
