Device Operators

This screen displays the lists of operators registered for use of the device

Displayed Details
- Identifier
- Name
- Role (Driver/Supervisor)
- Password : Check box indicating if user has a password set.
- Date Created
- Device S/N : The serial number for the device last logged in by operator.
- Device Name : The name for the device last logged in by operator.
- Last Connection : The last recorded time the operator has connected to the system using a device.
- Site Id : Check box indicating if the user has a site Id set.
- Company Id : Check box indicating if the user has a company Id set.
- Warehouse Id : Check box indicating if the user has a warehouse Id set.
Click button to display the create dialog.

This dialog will display the required fields for a device operator.
Operator Details
- Identifier : login user name
- Name : full name for the operator
- Password
Operator Settings
- Role (Driver/Supervisor)
- Allow Validate Receiving (on mobile) : Is operator allowed to perform the "Validate Receiving" process on the device.
- Allow Labeling (on mobile) : Is operator allowed to perform the "Labeling" process on the device.
- Allow Loading (on mobile) : Is operator allowed to perform the "Loading" process on the device.
- Allow Receiving (on mobile) : Is operator allowed to perform the "Receiving" process on the device.
- Allow Replenishment (on mobile) : Is operator allowed to perform the "Replenishment" process on the device.
- Allow Putaway (on mobile) : Is operator allowed to perform the "Putaway" process on the device.
- Allow Picking (on mobile) : Is operator allowed to perform the "Picking" process on the device.
- Allow Stock Take (on mobile) : Is operator allowed to perform the "Stock Take" process on the device.
- Allow Mobile Edit Device Config (on mobile) : Is operator allowed to edit their device config on the device.
- Allow View Device Info (on mobile) : Is operator allowed to view the device info.
- Allow Delete Database (on mobile) : Is operator allowed to perform the "Delete Database" function on the device.
Buttons
- Ok Button : Save new operator details.
- Cancel Button : Close button.
These are the buttons which appear after you select a record (operator).


On click of this button the new password dialog will be displayed.

This dialog will enable operator to change the selected user's password.
Fields
- Identifier : This field cannot be edited.
- User name : This field cannot be edited.
- New Password
- Confirm New Password : This field must match the new password field.

This dialog will display the current details for a registered device operator.

Buttons
- Ok Button : Update user details.
- Cancel Button : Close button.
This button will prompt the delete operator dialog:
The dialog will display the identifier of the operator you are deleting.

- Ok Button : Will delete the selected record.
- Cancel Button : Will close the dialog.
