Devices

This screen displays the lists of devices registered on the system.

Displayed Details

  • Phone : The cell number belonging to the device
  • Enabled: Is the device able to run the systems functions.
  • Log : Is logging enabled on the device
  • Name
  • S/N : The serial number for the device
  • Model
  • App : The version of the app the device is connecting to the system with
  • Android : The android version running on the device
  • Connected : Last connection date.
  • Operator : The last operator logged onto the system using the device.

Create

The records will be created when a device connects to the system

Record buttons:

These are the buttons which appear after you select a record (operator).

  • Errors Button : This button will redirect the user to the Device Errors page, which will show all related records for selected device
  • Actions Button: This button will redirect the user to the Device Actions page, which will show all related records for selected device

Edit

This dialog will display the current details for a registered device operator.

Device Details

  • Phone Number : The cell number belonging to the device
  • Log : Is logging enabled on the device

  • S/N : The serial number for the device
  • Model
  • App Version: The version of the app the device is connecting to the system with.
  • Android Version: The android version running on the device.
  • Android SDK Version: The android sdk version running on the device.
  • Connected : Last connection date.
  • Operator : The last operator logged onto the system using the device.
  • Notes
  • IMEI Number
  • Last Connection Date : The last time the device connected to the system.
  • Last Command : The last recorded command from the device.
  • Last Entity Name : The last entity name related to the devices actions.
  • Last Entity Identifier : The last entity identifier related to the devices actions.
  • Last Function Performed : The last function performed by the device.

Settings

  • Enabled: Is the device able to run the systems functions.
  • Device Action Logging Enabled: Is the device able to record actions.
  • Geolocation Tracking Enabled: Is geolocation tracking enabled for the device.

Buttons

  • Ok Button : Update user details.
  • Cancel Button : Close button.

Delete

This button will prompt the delete device dialog:

The dialog will display the identifier of the device you are deleting.

Buttons

  • Ok Button : Will delete the selected record.
  • Cancel Button : Will close the dialog.
