User Roles

User Roles are used to group user rights in order to assign a group of rights to a given user. These should be created and managed by a system administrator when setting up the system. They are global to the system and not site specific.
This screen displays the lists of User Roles.

One or more Rights needs to be assigned to each Role which will be assigned to a User.
