List (Data)

This screen displays the lists of load validation assignment lines acquired from D365

Displayed Details

  • Transfer - The order number acquired from the source system
  • Line No. - The line number assigned to the assignment line.
  • Item No. - The item number of the to be validated and loaded.
  • Description - The item description of the to be validated and loaded.
  • From (Transfer From) - The transfer from location.
  • To (Transfer To) - The transfer to location
  • UOM Code - The assigned unit of measure code
  • Qty per UOM - The amount of items in a single unit of measure
  • Required - The required quantity of items to be picked
  • Loaded - The date and time the line was loaded
  • Validated By - The operator who validated the line item.
  • Validated - The date and time the line item was validated.
  • Date Created

Create

Click button to display the create dialog.

This dialog will display the required fields for a new assignment line.

Details

  • Shipment No - The shipment number of the lines header assignment
  • Transfer Order Number - The order number acquired from the source system
  • Line Number - The line number assigned to the assignment line.
  • Item Number - The item number of the to be validated and loaded.
  • Item Description - The item description of the to be validated and loaded.
  • Unit of Measure - The unit of measure for the specified item.
  • Quantity To Load - The required quantity of items to be loaded
  • Outstanding Quantity - The remaining quantity to be picked
  • Receipt Date - The date and time the receipt was generated
  • Shipment Date - The date and time the line was shipped
  • Base UOM - The assigned unit of measure code
  • Quantity Per UOM - The amount of items in a single unit of measure
  • Unit Cost - The cost of a single unit
  • Outstanding Cost - The outstanding amount to be paid

Buttons

  • Ok Button : Save new assignment.
  • Cancel Button : Close button.

Edit

This dialog will display the current details for a registered load validation assignment line.

Delete

This button will prompt the delete assignment:

The dialog will display the details of the assignment you are deleting.

Buttons

  • Ok Button : Will delete the selected record.
  • Cancel Button : Will close the dialog.
