User Rights
Rights are the features available on the system which the system uses to govern what users can and cannot do on the system. They are global to the system and not site specific.
This screen displays the lists of User Rights.
The Right only has a name and description, and the system will use these names in the code to govern what users can access. Therefore, the rights management should only be handled by the developers and system administrators and they are created once off when the system is first configured on a server.
