Process

The data has to be acquired from the source system and sent back once it has been loaded and delivered.

  1. Downloading Shipments into Load Assignments. -> Download the Load assignments by clicking the download button

  1. Doing the load validation on the mobile app -> Complete the selected Load Assignment on the mobile application by entering the selected shipment number and provide the validation details
  2. Doing the loading on the mobile app. -> Load the assignment using the mobile application by entering the shipment number and pallet Id.
  3. Sending to Delivery system. -> Select the loaded assignment and click the deliver button.
  4. Receiving from the delivery system. -> Once the Source system sends back the details the records will be updated.

Loading

  • When clicking on an assignment, you can then click on the Pallets screen to be able to see all the pallets that have been created. At the beginning of the process there will be no pallets since they will be created on the mobile app where operators will group items onto pallets.

This screen displays the lists of loading assignments acquired from the source system

Displayed Details

  • Shipment - This the shipment number acquired from the source system.

  • Order - This is the order number belonging to the collection of lines assigned to this assignment.

  • Validated By - The operator who completed the loading assignment on the device.

  • Validated - The date and time the assignment was completed.

  • Loaded By - The operator who confirmed that the pallets belonging to the assignment were loaded.

  • Loaded - The date and time the pallets belonging to the assignment were loaded.

  • Receipt - The receipt number returned from the source system after integration

  • Delivery sent - The date and time a trip was sent to the delivery system

  • Delivered - The date and time the assignment was delivered

  • Source sent - The date and time the assignment was sent back to the source

  • Date Created

  • The next step from here is for the load validation process to be completed on the mobile app.

Create (Load Assignment)

Click button to create Load Assignment.

This dialog will display the required fields for creating load assignment.

Details

  • Shipment Number - The shipment number acquired from the source system

  • Order Number - This is the order number belonging to the collection of lines assigned to this assignment.

  • Shipment Date - The shipment date acquired from the source system

Load Validation Assignment Lines

When you select any load assignment it is showing Lines button on top.

Load Validation Assignment Pallets

When clicking on an assignment, you can then click on the Pallets screen to be able to see all the pallets that have been created. At the beginning of the process there will be no pallets since they will be created on the mobile app where operators will group items onto pallets.

The next step from here is for the load validation process to be completed on the mobile app.

Create (Load Assignment Pallet)

Click button to create Load Assignment Pallet.

This dialog will display the required fields for creating load assignment pallet.

  • Viewing the pallets for the assignment you will see that the pallet has been loaded.

  • Once all of the pallets for the assignment have been loaded, the assignment will be flagged as loaded.

Load Validation Assignment Pallet Lines

  • Selecting the pallet and clicking the Lines button will open show the items that have been added to the pallet.

Create (Load Assignment Pallet Lines)

Click button to create Load Assignment Pallet Lines.

This dialog will display the required fields for creating load assignment pallet lines.

Sending load to delivery system

  • The final step in the process after completing the loading is to send the load to the delivery system. This can be done by clicking the Delivery button on a specific load assignment in the grid.

  • A trip number is required as well as a vehicle registration number in order for the delivery system to know which trip to allocate the load to and on which vehicle.

Buttons

  • Ok Button : Save new assignment.
  • Cancel Button : Close button.

Edit

This dialog will display the current details for a registered load validation assignment.

Details

  • Shipment Number - The shipment number acquired from the source system
  • Order Number - This is the order number belonging to the collection of lines assigned to this assignment.
  • Shipment Date - The shipment date acquired from the source system
  • Receipt Number - The receipt number acquired from the source system (can be used as a reference)
  • Receipt Id - The receipt Id acquired from the source system

Operator details

  • Completed By Operator Details - The operator who completed the loading assignment on the device.
  • Loaded By Operator Details - The operator who confirmed that the pallets belonging to the assignment were loaded.

Integration details

  • Sent to Delivery System Date - The date and time a trip was sent to the delivery system
  • Delivered Date - The date and time the assignment was delivered
  • Sent to source system date - The date and time the assignment was sent back to the source

Buttons

  • Ok Button : Update stock take details.
  • Cancel Button : Close button.

Delete

This button will prompt the delete assignment:

The dialog will display the details of the assignment you are deleting.

Buttons

  • Ok Button : Will delete the selected record.
  • Cancel Button : Will close the dialog.

Label

This button will request for the pallet pdf collection to be printed, this is only applicable to validated load validation assignments only The reports will display the following:

  • QR code
  • Pallet details
  • Pallet lines

Download

This button will request a list of pending assignments from the source system
