This screens allows the operator to view and edit the details of an item to indicate the actual delivered quantity of an item i.e. if the Delivered Quantity is not the Expected Quantity. This screen is opened from the Items for Trolley screen by clicking the Details button on an item in the list.
- Delivered Quantity: The default value of the Delivered Quantity is set to the Expected Quantity when opening this screen. To edit the Delivered Quantity simply click on the Delivered Quantity text box and change the value.
- Reason Code: after editing the Delivered Quantity the operator is required to select a Reason Code for why the quantity being delivered is not what was expected. Certain Reason Codes are specific for the for the quantity entered e.g. the "Over Stock" reason code can only be used when entering a Delivered Quantity greater than the expected Quantity.
- Picture: the operator has the option of using the camera to take a picture of any damaged items. This can be done by clicking the Picture button at the top of the screen which will open the Item Image screen.
- Save: after updating the item's details the operator must click the Save button to save the changes. If the Delivered and Expected Quantities match the app will simply go back to the Items for Trolley screen, otherwise it will go to the Item Discrepancy Confirmation screen where the operator is required to confirm that there is a discrepancy.

The screenshot below shows the Reason Codes that can be selected for discrepancies. The reason codes that are available are managed on the server website.
