Stock Take ROC Equipment Details

This screen allows for capturing the details of a new ROC for an invoice or editing the details of an existing ROC that has already been added.

• ROC Barcode: the barcode of the ROC that can either be entered manually or can be scanned by scanning the ROC's QR code. The barcode can be scanned by clicking the QR code icon in the top left hand corner of the screen, which will open the QR code scanning screen.
• Litres: the litres of oil in the ROC.
• Status: whether or not the ROC is being accepted or rejected for the return of the ROC from the store. The ROC should only be accepted if it is in perfect condition. If it is being rejected, a check list needs to be completed to specify the condition of the ROC.
