OTP

This screen allows the receiver to capture the OTP (One Time Pin) that was generated and sent to the receiver when the trip was started. The system can be conferred to either email or Whatsapp the OTP to the receiver.
- Assistant Receiver Name: the OTP needs to be entered to proceed with finalising the delivery. If the receiver does not know the OTP, they will need to check their emails/Whatsapp messages or alternatively call Digistics. A Digistics staff at the office can check the OTP on the Store Delivery website. The only way to proceed without the OTP is by an Operator with the supervisor role authorising the request.
- Assistant Receiver Contact Number: the phone number of the person receiving the stock. This field must be provided in order to save the signature.
